Building a brushing habit comes down to making the routine easy to see and easy to repeat. Set a consistent morning and evening brushing time. Use the two-minute sand timer so your child can see how long to brush. Mark each finished session on the reusable log with the dry-erase marker. Then use the Firstgrin app for reminders, guidance, and progress tracking.
