Our commitment
Firstgrin LLC ("Firstgrin," "we," "us") complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. This notice applies to the Firstgrin website (yourfirstgrin.com), the Firstgrin Oral Care Companion mobile app, Firstgrin oral care kits, and the emails and text messages we send.
Free help we provide
Firstgrin provides free aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate with us effectively, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, and accessible electronic formats
- Reasonable modifications to our policies and practices when needed
Firstgrin also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages
If you need any of these services, contact our Civil Rights Coordinator using the information below. There is no cost to you.
How to file a grievance
If you believe that Firstgrin has failed to provide these services or discriminated against you in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with:

You can file a grievance by email. Please include your name, how to reach you, and a description of what happened, including the date. If you need help filing a grievance, our Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you. We will not retaliate against anyone for filing a grievance or taking part in an investigation.
Filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:

Firstgrin is an independent company. If you have access to Firstgrin through your health plan or employer, your plan or employer may also have its own nondiscrimination notice and language assistance services for plan benefits.
